I recently purchased these back in December and they were too big I sent them back for a refund or a credit along with confirmation tracking # and shipping receipt and I have not received or heard anything back. I sent a follow up email two weeks later and still no feedback on the matter. This is very disappointing and unprofessional! I would not encourage anyone purchasing any items from this company, God forbid you get the wrong size…
